I really need to start planning Blogmas posts…I don’t have anything planned for the rest of the month honestly, but I am committed to not failing at Blogmas like I do every year, so you might just be getting random thoughts of mine until the end of December. Anyway, today I am going to tell you about my Papa’s system of ordering twin lobster.
I went out for lunch with Papa and my mom (to the Marina at the Wharf in Revere, MA) and per Papa’s recommendation ordered the twin lobster special just like this, one baked stuffed and one boiled, so you could stuff the meat from the boiled lobster into the baked stuff. He’s 96 and has had a lot of lobster in his day, and evidently has this down to a science.
Anyone, Papa was right, this is definitely the way to go. 10/10 would order like this and follow his method again. He even told me he was impressed with my lobster shucking skills, which I believe is quite an ~honor~.
